Langton Associates, Florida’s oldest and largest public affairs consulting firm, specializes in grant writing, grant administration and intergovernmental relations, and has been serving clients nationally since 1981. With extensive experience in a variety of funding mechanisms, or team of grant professionals will provide you with the competitive edge that you need in order to meet the public’s ever increasing demands for service. In the last decade alone, our efforts have secured more than $235 million for our clients to fund both ongoing programs and new initiatives. A leader in grant development services, we assist our clients in the pursuit of external funding sources, consistent with goals and priorities that are fiscally responsible and programmatically feasible.

Langton Associates respects that each clients unique, and therefore offers contract options that are sensible, affordable and flexible to the needs of each community.

Full service contract includes in-depth needs assessment, research, determination of relevant funding prospects, preparation and submission of grant applications, technical assistance for grant administration, intergovernmental relations with federal and state governments and a Weekly E-Mail Grants Alert for a fixed annual fee. Our typical Full Service client pursues an average of eight (8) to ten (10) grants in a contract year. Full Service contracts are limited to a small number of local governments to ensure our clients maintain a competitive edge.

SmartGRANTS contract includes grant development and professional packaging of up to four (4) grants per contract year, Weekly E-Mail Grants Alert, and personalized grant research and consultation for a fixed annual fee Additional grants may be prepared for a supplementary fee.

An Individual Grant Service Contract includes grant development and professional packaging of one specific grant. Fees are established on a case-by-case basis, and are determined by the degree of detail and estimated time required to prepare the grant based on program guidelines.

A Special Project Contract is available to clients interested in procuring our services for a broad range of non-grant related projects. Examples include feasibility studies, consultation on new program start-up and/or implementation, and application preparation for designations such as the Federal Empowerment Zone or Florida Front Porch programs.
